Foreign nationals who have received a text on their phone regarding the day, time and place where they can collect their residence permit are not required to adhere to that date – they can collect their document during opening hours of the office indicated in the text even at a later date, at their earliest convenience.

In cases where applications for residence permits/residence cards are submitted in person to the Questura of Arezzo (without using the postal application kit), applicants will not receive a text.
