Attivazione del servizio telematico - Online registration service
Any provider of accommodation facilities (including B&B, non-professional property owners, holiday villages, etc.) must ensure that customers provide personal details by completing and signing a registration form. Customers’ information shall be recorded and sent to the Police in electronic form within 24 hours of their arrival or on the same day of their arrival when their stay is less than 24 hours, according to the newly revised provisions governing the ways in which customers’ details must be communicated to the competent law-enforcement authorities, according to Article 109 of T.U.L.P.S.(Consolidated Text on Public Security Law) and to the Decree of the Minister of the Interior of 7 January 2013.
The Department of Public Security provides a webpage where the personal details of customers can be submitted electronically. It is a completely free service and can be accessed at the following address:https://alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it. It is necessary to attend the local police headquarters personally for an identity validation check prior to being authorized to access the site.
The accommodation providers of the Province of Arezzo who have not complied with the abovementioned identity validation procedure must print out a copy of the online application form, fill it in and submit it to the local Police Headquarters after making an appointment with U.P.G.A.I.P. (Provincial Office for automatic processing of information held on local police database) which can be contacted via phone on (+39) 0575 400639.
Please Note: The registration forms can no longer be submitted to the local police headquarters or Carabinieri in paper format. They can be completed and sent exclusively online via this link https://alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it. The transmission of the forms via fax or electronic certified mail (p.e.c.) is allowed only in cases where the “Alloggiati Web” electronic registration system does not work due to technical problems.
